Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Derbin Davidraj, sole proprietor, trading as Pakki (“Pakki”, “we”) for the use of pakki.online and its editing service. By creating an account or uploading a video you accept them.

1. The service

Pakki edits vertical short videos (Shorts and Reels) automatically: it removes silences, adds captions, motion graphics, images, sound effects and music, and lets you review and export the result. Automated output can contain mistakes; review your edit before you publish it.

2. Your account

You need an account to upload. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or use Pakki with a parent or guardian's consent.

3. Your videos and rights

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use everything in them, including people, music and logos.
• You give us a limited licence to store and process your uploads only to provide the service to you. We do not use your videos to train AI models.
• Images, graphics and sounds Pakki adds to your edit may be used by you in that video, including commercially. AI images are generated through Magnific (powered by third-party models); their use is subject to these terms and the providers' terms.

4. What you may not upload

Content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that infringes someone else's rights, harassment or hate, or content meant to deceive people about real persons. We may remove such content and suspend accounts.

5. Prices and payment

Pakki is prepaid. You top up your wallet (from ₹99) through Razorpay, and each video costs ₹33 per started minute of its length, charged when the edit starts. Prices are in Indian rupees. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep Pakki available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost views or income.

7. Ending

You can stop using Pakki and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date on this page; continuing to use Pakki means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagercoil have jurisdiction.
