Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Derbin Davidraj, sole proprietor, trading as Pakki collects when you use Pakki, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account: your email address (and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google).
- Your videos: the files you upload, their transcripts, the edit plan and the exported videos.
- Payments: the amount, date and Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Basic technical data: sign-in sessions and error logs needed to run and secure the service.
Why we use it
Only to provide the editing service you asked for, to manage your wallet and payments, to keep the service secure, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your videos to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase (accounts and database), Razorpay (payments), Hostinger (servers).
- Sarvam AI (speech-to-text), Anthropic (the edit plan, from your transcript), Magnific (images for your edit).
- Email delivery providers for sign-in codes and notifications.
They act on our instructions and only receive what their part of the service needs. Some providers process data outside India.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded and exported videos and their working files are deleted 7 days after upload.
- Account and payment records are kept while your account exists and as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@pakki.online. We delete accounts within 30 days of a request. You may also raise a grievance with our grievance officer at the same address; if unresolved, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
