Pakki sells a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically.

How you receive your edit

• Wallet top-ups are credited immediately after a successful payment.
• Your edit is ready to preview in your dashboard, usually within a few minutes of upload.
• Exports render in a few minutes (longer for 4K or 60 fps) and download from the editor. Files stay available for 7 days.

If you don't receive what you paid for, write to support@pakki.online and we will fix it or refund you under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
