Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective 30 October 2026

Pakki is prepaid: you add money to your wallet and each video is paid from it (₹33 per started minute).

Automatic refunds

If an edit fails because of a problem on our side, the charge for that video goes back to your wallet automatically. You can see every charge and refund on your Wallet page.

Unused wallet balance

Wallet money you have not used is refundable within 7 days of the top-up. Write to support@pakki.online from your account email with the Razorpay payment ID; approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Money already spent on completed edits is not refundable.

Payment problems

If money left your account but your wallet was not topped up, it usually corrects itself within minutes. If not, write to us with the payment ID and we will credit your wallet or refund you within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using Pakki at any time.
